Mr. Dr. Alexandre Miguel de Araujo Lopes, born on the 14th of June 1987 in Aveiro/Portugal,

was employed in our company between the 1st of September 2016 until the 15th November 
2016
as an R&D Engineer in the area of CV (commercial vehicles) development, software 
development platform.

His duties comprised the following activities:

* creation of software architecture for embedded systems
* analysis of the architecture and work in the system integration of the software

* troubleshooting/debugging and design of bugfixes
* supervision of a bachelor thesis concerned with the implementation of the OFA (one 
software fits all) concept
* bringing the new Servotwin platform into service

Mr. de Araujo Lopes convinced us with his wide-ranging, multifaceted and very good 
expertise, which
he always confidently and in a goal-oriented way applied in practice. Particularly 
noteworthy are his very good know-how in IT and his large experience in problem solving 
and its implementation. Additional, he possesses excellent language skills, which 
made him, given our international staff, a valued contact person.

Due to his very good ability to understand problems, he was always able to understand 
difficult situations and to quickly find very good solutions for them. Mr. de Araujo 
Lopes was always very proactive and identified himself with his job and with the 
company, which he showed through his large enthusiasm for his work. In situations 
involving a lot of pressure he always showed to be able to work under pressure.

He always fulfilled his work independently, minutiously and using a planed approach. 
He always acted calmly, in a well-though and goal oriented way and with high rigor. 
He always convinced us in a special way, both in qualitative and quantitative terms. 
The way of working of Mr. de Araujo Lopes is described by trustworthiness and reliability.


He always found excellent solutions for all problems that arose. He played a central 
role into bringing the new Servo twin platform into service, in particular in troubleshooting/debugging 
and in planing solutions. The efforts of Mr. de Araujo Lopes have always found, in 
every respect, our recognition.

He was a loyal employee that integrated himself well into the team. His behavior 
towards his superiors, colleagues and clients was always impeccable.

Mr. de Araujo Lopes is leaving the company on the 15th of November of his own will. 
We regret it, since we are losing a very good employee. We thank him for his service 
and which him success in his professional and private future.
